Cancellation conditions
Cancellations and changes from 30 to 10 days before the date of arrival are charged at 60% of the booking value. Changes and cancellations up to one day before the date of arrival are charged at 90% of the price of the booking value. If the room cannot be rented out any further, we will charge 100% of the room price. We recommend to take out a travel - cancellation - insurance, e.g. Hanse- Merkur travel insurance.
